Get access to the best educational resources of the Insafe network In order to address the challenges of today's Information and Knowledge Society, children need to be prepared from their youngest age to become e-citizens. More than ever parents and teachers consequently want to know where they can go to obtain valuable insight and information on online safety issues and improve their skills. As a result of a vast investigation of the educational material landscape, the Insafe Resource Fair 2009 is now online. Organised to showcase awareness centres' very best resources, this fair displays one resource per country, accompanied by a description in English and in the national language. This fair will allow teachers and parents to easily identify educational material that will suit their needs, to discover activities and programmes from all over Europe and to find new ideas for teaching online safety. More than a tool for teachers and parents, this fair also intends to speed up the validation process of these resources by offering them visibility and emphasizing their great usefulness. Hopefully it will be a first step towards the progressive integration of online safety in the curriculum. Insafe Resource Fair 2009 For more information about the most valuable resources in your country, contact your national awareness centre.
